Police, who are investigating the accident, declined to identify the driver of the vehicle.
A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Arsenal Street and Western Boulevard about 2 p.m. Saturday in Watertown, NY. The names of the those involved in the accident have not been released. The victim was brought to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment.
