The wreck happened on West Summit Avenue around 5 p.m.
One person, later identified as Guy Wiley, Jr., who was later issued a citation, was taken from the scene to an area hospital.
Medic said that person was seriously injured.
A truck could be seen on its side just off the railroad tracks and appeared to be heavily damaged. Debris could be seen scattered throughout the scene.
Officials have not released the name of the person who was injured.
