Truck driver killed after truck drives off road and overturns on Interstate 77 in Huntersville, North Carolina

North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly accident that happened Saturday night. Troopers say a truck driver was driving on I-77, near the Mount Holly-Huntersville Road Overpass, when he drove his truck off the road and overturned. The truck driver was pronounced dead on the scene. Fifty-five gallons of oil was thrown from the truck, but it has been cleaned up since the accident.
