Hit-and-run suspect charged after 3 children ejected from SUV during crash in Guilford County, 8 people taken to hospital, troopers say

The suspect vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and crashed with an SUV. After the impact, the suspect vehicle came to rest along the median concrete barrier and the SUV came to rest on the right shoulder.
