Stephen Randall Norcross, 57, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Harnett County, North Carolina

The Highway Patrol said a 2016 Chevy pickup was traveling northbound when the driver, identified as Stephen Randall Norcross, age 57, of Detroit, Michigan, ran off the interstate to the left striking a construction barrier. The pickup then skidded off the interstate on the right shoulder, colliding with a ditch and tree.
