Charity Ragland, 49, died in a wrong-way three-vehicle crash on U.S. 1 in Cary, North Carolina

Around 3:30 a.m., Cary police officers responded to the 3-car crash in the southbound lanes on U.S. 1 at U.S. Highway 64. Charity Ragland, 49, of Henderson, died on the scene.
