Janice Sanders-Portier, 73, was driving a white Toyota Avalon when she pulled out in front of a white Ford F-150 pickup at the intersection of Ten Ten Road and Plumtree Way, officials said. Firefighters had to extract Portier from her car due to the crash's impact.
