Durham 4-year-old dies after being hit by car
Police don't expect to file charges in the case, saying neither alcohol nor speed were factors.
Jeri Dee Quick died was excited to tell her father about her first day at school when she dashed across the street. Quick was taken to Duke University Hospital and died Tuesday morning.
