Bicyclist killed, driver charged in Harnett County crash
Authorities said that a bicycle and a 2005 Kia SUV were both traveling north on Christian Light Road at about 8 a.m. when the driver of the Kia, Edward Shane Yarbrough, 39, of 159 Fletcher Tutor Road in Holly Springs, failed to reduce speed and struck the bicycle from behind.
