One Worker Dies When NC Pedestrian Bridge Collapses

Jeff Hammerstein with Wake EMS says he thinks the highest point on the bridge was 40 feet above the ground.
The accident took place around 10:15 a.m. at the Wake Technical Community College northern campus in Raleigh, when a 40-foot-high pedestrian bridge being built collapsed while concrete was being poured onto one section of it.
