Raleigh police said a vehicle veered off the road and struck a tree. The vehicle then caught fire. 

Two killed in fiery crash on I-40 in Raleigh

Rolando Dircio, of Raleigh, was driving 92 mph in a 65-mph zone when he lost control of his car, veered off the road and struck a tree, according to a police report.
