Wanza Cole, 62, died, another injured in a four-vehicle chain-reaction collision at the intersection of Western Boulevard and Allen Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina

Two cars were stopped at the traffic light in front of the Audi Q3. As Cole approached the intersection, she failed to stop and struck the rear of the Audi Q3. This collision caused the Audi Q3 to hit the car in front of it. Cole’s vehicle then crossed into the right lane and struck another car.

Wanza Cole, 62, was identified as the victim of the fatal crash Tuesday afternoon on Western Boulevard near North Carolina State University.

A four-vehicle crash left a woman dead and another person hospitalized Tuesday on Western Boulevard at Dan Allen Drive.
