Car Bursts Into Flames After Striking Steel Spool
Around 8:00pm Wednesday, a Buffalo Road driver on her way home from a funeral was suddenly struck head-on by a large steel spool loaded with 2 inch PVC pipe, used for underground utilities. The spool had come loose from its carrier being towed by a 19 year-old driver heading south towards Selma.
