Smithfield woman charged in fatal hit-and-run
Fernando Suarez, 72, of Four Oaks, was found dead in the 400 block of West Market Street at about 9 p.m. on Thursday, police said.
Police said they were looking for a dark Volkswagen Jetta that may have front-end damage.
