2 DEAD, AT LEAST 6 HURT IN HEAD-ON CRASH IN WAKE FOREST
Shortly after 6 p.m., the North Carolina Highway Patrol said 43-year-old Jessie Sanders Jr., of Wendell, was driving a 2000 International truck on NC 98, a little more than a mile north of Rolesville when he crossed the center line and collided with a 2007 Hyundai van.

The driver of the van, Renee Lynn Stokes, 33, of Wilson, was pronounced dead at WakeMed. Angela Rebollar, 14, of Louisburg, was declared dead at the scene. Four others were transported to WakeMed with injuries believed to be serious.

The pastor of Hope Lutheran Church in Wake Forest told ABC11 that Rebollar, who everyone knew as Angel, was confirmed at the church in May. "She really was a faithful young lady, and she'll be greatly missed," said the Rev. Lew Upchurch.
