Forvilly failed to yield to the right of way when traveling eastbound across the intersection. This caused the Ford Fusion to strike the Chevrolet in the front passenger side. The Chevrolet Silverado then entered the Northeast ditch and struck a powerline pole coming to rest facing Northeast.
