Zeisler and his passenger, Cody Phillips, 18, of Mt. Washington, were pronounced dead at the scene by the Clermont County coroner.
Police have identified the two men killed in a Clermont County crash early Saturday morning.
The crash happened along State Route 74 near Amelia-Olive Branch Road just after 5 a.m.
Police said Devin Zeisler, 22, of Alexandria, Ky., was driving eastbound on State Route 74 when he drifted off the right side of the road.
He over-corrected, then slid across and off the left side of the roadway. Officials said he hit a fire hydrant and continued through some small brush before ramping across a creek and hitting a tree. The vehicle came to rest in the creek.
Zeisler and his passenger, Cody Phillips, 18, of Mt. Washington, were pronounced dead at the scene by the Clermont County coroner.
Officials said both occupants were wearing their seat belts. It is unknown if alcohol and drugs were factors in the crash. Investigators determined speed was a factor.
