According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Elmer Everhart, 78, of Chillicothe, Ohio, was traveling his tan 2003 GMC Yukon east on U.S. Route 50 when the vehicle drove off the right side of the road and hit a tree, which caused the vehicle to overturn and become engulfed in flames.
