Warren County officials have confirmed a fatal accident has occurred earlier this morning.

Police said it happened around 11:30 a.m. Sunday on State Route 48 near Harrison Road when a driver, identified as 88-year-old Roger Reynolds, lost control, crossing into the opposite lane and hitting a Toyota RAV-4.
