Man indicted in hit-run death of 3-year-old near zoo
Donteiz Dickey, 22, of Reading, who was arrested late the day after the crash, was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and two counts of failure to stop after an accident. All of the charges are felonies.
