Nancy E. Puckett, 46, died after her pickup went left of center on a snowy Ohio 73 near Diven Road and hit an oncoming sport utility vehicle.
Puckett was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The SUV driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the paper said
