Troopers took Logan into custody without further incident a short time later. No one suffered any injuries. Logan has been charged with failure to comply, operating a vehicle while under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Harlan Loga has been arrested and charged with several offenses on Friday night after attempting to flee from an OVI checkpoint and crashing his vehicle in the process. Authorities enforced the checkpoint on Montgomery Road. Logan had been signaled to stop by police, but fled the scene while speeding, lost control of his vehicle and crashed, and attempted to escape out of his car window. Authorities arrested Logan soon after the incident.
