2 toddlers seriously hurt in ATV rollover accident
Matthew C. Peace, 42 of Cleves was operating a 2009 Honda Foreman ATV with his 3-year-old grandson and the 2-year-old son of a family friend on the seat in front of him when one of the boys grabbed the handle bar.
That caused the vehicle to rollover onto its side, ejecting all three riders, sheriff's officials said.
