According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, David Rhoads, 54, of Hillsboro, was driving his 2004 Ford Explorer on State Route 770 in Scott Township at around 4 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a left curve, drove off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
