Jason J. Peairs, 29-years-old, was driving north on State Route 45 near Callender Road around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. He drove off the right side of the road, and the vehicle overturned, striking two trees before coming to a stop.
The driver was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
