In the Cleveland area, multiple accidents affected traffic near the Innerbelt. Around 8:45 a.m. on the Innerbelt South West after I-77, a vehicle hit a median wall and blocked the left lane.

Around 7:45 a.m., an accident on I-90 East also blocked the right shoulder before the Innerbelt North ramp.

In Brooklyn around 9 a.m., multiple cars spun out on I-480 West between Ridge and Tiedeman roads.

In Cleveland around 8:25 a.m., an accident on Route 2 West slowed traffic near West 3rd Street.

In North Canton around 8:20 a.m., an accident on I-77 North blocked the left lane near Shuffel Street.

In Strongsville around 8:15 p.m., an accident on I-71 South slowed traffic near I-80.

In Macedonia around 7:30 a.m., ramp restrictions on I-271 South at I-480 resulted in a 15-minute delay from Broadway in Bedford Heights.

In Brook Park around 7 a.m., an accident on I-480 West near Route 237 blocked the left lane.
