According to Cleveland police, the woman was westbound on Lorain when she went left of center near Triskett Road and collided head-on with a pickup truck that was traveling eastbound in the left lane.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified a Fairview Park woman who was killed in a car crash in Cleveland. Jessica L. Ross, 33, was involved in an accident Thursday night near Fire Station No. 39 on Lorain Avenue. Ross was taken to Fairview Hospital in critical condition, where she died the next morning.
