Alexandria Winegarner, 17, Deija Wynne, 17, and Takia Jackson, 17, killed, and Kareem Walton, 20, charged in single-vehicle crash on Kirby Road in Cleveland, Ohio

Police say 20-year-old Kareem Walton was driving well in excess of the 25 mph speed limit on Kirby Avenue around 12:13 a.m. when he lost control, went off the right side of the road and struck a large tree. The car then spun around and ejected four people.

The passengers in the car ranged in age from 16 to 22-years-old.  They have not been identified as of yet.

The unidentified victim is an African-American female, 15-16 years old, 5’8” and 126 pounds. She was wearing a blue jean jacket, white pants, a white metal necklace with an owl charm and a white metal ring with 2 hearts on it.

Johnson broke down in tears as family and friends hugged her. It was her first visit to the crash site, but she had to come to the place where her daughter "took her last breath, where they picked her up from the ground," Johnson said.

Kareem Walton, 20, was charged Tuesday with three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault. 

Kareem Walton, 20, is facing aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault charges for the crash that left three teens dead.

Kareem Walton pleaded guilty Tuesday to an 11 count indictment. He faced several charges including aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and operating a vehicle while impaired.      

Delana Wynne sat in a wheelchair on Friday and delivered a message to other teens: "Don't ever leave your house without your mom's permission."
