A member of the East Cleveland Police Department died after a car crash Sunday afternoon on Terrace Road about 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Police officer Anthony Joiner was found injured at the crash site and was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. A woman in the vehicle was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center where she remains in critical condition. Joiner was off-duty at the time of the collision.
