Couple killed in two-vehicle Lorain County crash

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man and a woman were killed Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Lorain County, police say. The crash occurred about 3:45 p.m. on Ohio route 20 just south of Oberlin in Lorain County, according to a news release sent by the State Highway Patrol Tuesday night. Everyone involved in the crash was wearing a seatbelt, the release states. Ohio route 20 was shut down for almost three hours following the crash, but is now completely re-opened, the release says. The Elyria man was the only person in his vehicle.
