The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that 28-year-old Amanda Millard died when the car she was a passenger in failed to handle a curve on Jefferson Road shortly before 2 a.m. The car drove off the road, hitting a mailbox, a fence and eventually a tree before stopping.
