The impact threw Tyler A. Marrero, 23, from the motorcycle. Marrero died after paramedics took him to University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center, police said.
The 28-year-old man driving the Chevrolet did not stop after the crash. Investigators found him a short time later at his Elyria home, the Highway Patrol said.
The Lorain County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the incident to determine if the Chevrolet's driver will face criminal charges, the Highway Patrol said
