Troopers say that Tyler J. Niebel, 29, of Butler, was driving a 2001 Ford Ranger southbound on Treaty Road when he went off the right side of the roadway. He struck an embankment, a utility pole, a fence and an underground gas line pole before his vehicle overturned on the right side.
