One person is dead and another in critical condition after the vehicle crossed the median and flipped.
The crash happened around 2:45 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 33 eastbound just east of I-270 in southeast Columbus.
Columbus Police shut down U.S. 33 in both directions, as well as the ramp from I-270 southbound to U.S. 33 eastbound for several hours while they investigated.
It is unclear what caused the crash.
No other vehicles were involved.

Columbus police detectives have identified the man killed in a crash on Interstate 270 at U.S. 33 Sunday morning.
According to police, 26-year-old Antonia Vasquez was driving his 2007 Volkswagen north on I-270 in southeast Columbus at about 2:30 a.m. Vasquez merged onto the ramp to U.S. 33 east when he failed to maintain control of the vehicle and drove off the left side of the ramp.
Vasquez continued across the eastbound lanes of U.S. 33, striking a guardrail in the median.
