Woman Dies From Injuries In I-270 Crash
The back of the truck spun into oncoming traffic on I-270, colliding with a car driven by 35-year-old Ember Meadows of Grove City.
Meadows was taken to Mt. Carmel West in critical condition.
She died at the hospital a day later.
