3 killed after several vehicles crash on I-71 North

A man was driving northbound on I-71 at East 11th Avenue when he left the roadway on the left and struck the median wall before striking another vehicle. Several other cars also crashed in the incident.

One of drivers in triple-fatal crash had no license, 18 years of driving convictions

Columbus Police say a car driven by 31-year-old Corey Johnson was heading northbound when it left the roadway on the left, striking the media wall, then hitting Mohamed's vehicle, setting off a chain reaction crash.

Police: Alcohol suspected in triple-fatal crash, driver could be charged

In a search warrant obtained by 10TV, police say Johnson smelled of alcohol at the scene, and that they are considering charges of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide against him.
