Amal Mohamed, Anisa Abdi Karim, and Gabriel Akomeah killed in multi-vehicle collision on I-71 in Columbus, Ohio

A man was driving northbound on I-71 at East 11th Avenue when he left the roadway on the left and struck the median wall before striking another vehicle. Several other cars also crashed in the incident.

Columbus Police say a car driven by 31-year-old Corey Johnson was heading northbound when it left the roadway on the left, striking the media wall, then hitting Mohamed's vehicle, setting off a chain reaction crash.
