A tragic accident on Thursday afternoon claimed the life of a 41-year-old woman from Galloway. The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) reported that Haley Beaudry was driving a Toyota Corolla westbound on U.S. Route 62 near Bennington Township when she collided with an eastbound Mack semi-truck.
