Greenville pedestrian struck remains critical
Greenville police have dropped the OVI charge against Sarah Fleming stemming from a crash involving a pedestrian and are sending the case to a Darke County grand jury for review.

Officer Alan Smith of the Greenville PD reported that the woman driving the vehicle was headed east on Pine Street when she struck Randy Brooks while she was trying to turn onto Washington Avenue.
