Authorities say the initial crash involved a cement truck and Ford Explorer. Both the cement truck and the Explorer overturned, and two people from those vehicles were removed to the hospital. The condition of the people taken to the hospital is unknown at this time. After the initial crash, two more vehicles were involved.
