According to a crash report from Vandalia police, a red Chevrolet Cruze, driven by 40-year-old April Anderson of Dayton, lost control and went off the road in a bend on Poe Avenue around 1 a.m. on Feb. 27. The car slammed into a sign and two large rocks along the side of the road.
