The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a 2012 Nissan Titan pickup truck and trailer operated by James Freeman, 67, of Williamsburg, Kentucky was traveling south on Liberty Union Road when he failed to stop at a posted sign, striking a 2015 Chevy Silverado driven by Christopher Wilson, 32, of Ohio City.
