Evan C. Klopfenstein, 24, of Haviland was going west on Ohio 114, driving a tractor pulling a trailer, when a car driven by James A. Lewis, 51, also of Haviland, collided with the rear of the trailer, police said.
A passenger in the car, Chad E. Snavely, 44, of Haviland, was trapped inside the car and had to be removed by mechanical means, police said.
