The motorcycle was driving south on Byrne Avenue approaching Hill Avenue about 10:30 p.m. when the other vehicle drove into its path, making a turn from northbound Byrne onto westbound Hill, according to police.

Brimmer was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, Catherine Kime, 21, was critically-injured and transported to the University of Toledo Medical Center. She succumbed to her injuries early Thursday morning.
