12-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN BECKHAM COUNTY WRECK DIES 5 DAYS LATER
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, on June 27, 29-year-old Cathy Michelle Bakerwas heading southbound on State Highway 6, when she made a left-hand turn onto State Highway 152 and was struck by a semi. The reporting trooper said the semi was driven by 44-year-old Steven Phillip Lay who was traveling northbound on State Highway 6 at the time of the collision.
