An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report states that the 11-year-old was driving a 2013 Polaris ATV around 7:35 p.m. Wednesday when she took a turn too fast near County Road 310 and Custer Road near Waynoka in Woods County. The ATV left the road and rolled before coming to a rest on top of the girl.
