At about 3:10 p.m., James Martinez, 21, was driving a vehicle east on OK-7, about 4 miles east of Hennepin. A pickup with a 32-foot flatbed trailer was also on the eastbound side of the highway and stopped by a road worker due to a lane closure in a construction zone, troopers said.
