An Oklahoma Highway Patrol collision report says a 2015 Nissan Frontier was traveling south on State Highway 18 around 6:40 a.m. when it crossed the center line and crashed into a 2009 Toyota Corolla head-on near 1070 Road.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 56-year-old Scott Howe was travelling southbound on Hwy 18 when he crossed the center line, colliding head-on with a Toyota Corolla driven by 41-year-old Caleb Barbour at around 6:38 a.m.
