Shortly before 3 a.m. Friday, police responded to the OnCue on Northeast 23rd Street and Interstate 35 after they said a victim approached a security guard and asked them to call 911. Police said it was called in as a stabbing, but when officers arrived, they determined the victim was hit by a car.
