Oklahoma man dies in Kay County accident

The second driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured.
A man was killed Monday afternoon in an accident in Kay County, Oklahoma, at about 4:45 p.m. Walter Alexander, 81, of Kaw City, was driving a pickup eastbound on State Highway 11 near Ponca City, when he went off the road and hit a guardrail, then veered back across the road and collided with a westbound pickup. Alexander, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
