One person dies in Pottawatomie County crash

One person died Monday in a collision with a tractor-trailer in Pottawatomie County on Interstate 40, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. The person who died did not wear a seat belt and was ejected, the patrol reported. The driver of a sport utility vehicle was driving east and hit the guardrail. Holz, who wore a seat belt, was not injured.
